Thank you for your commitment to providing quality care to Georgia’s children and families. By participating in Quality Rated, you are joining hundreds
of providers who have accepted the challenge to improve quality!
The Quality Rated website, online application, and portfolio system will provide you with basic information about the Quality Rated process
and will guide you electronically through each step.
You will also find information on how you can access support throughout the process. The Quality Rated Orientation, Quality Rated Help Desk, Quality Rated
website, and the hands-on support provided by the local Child Care Resource and Referral Agency will help ensure a positive experience for every provider
who voluntarily agrees to participate in this important effort.
Quality Rated Eligibility
The following entities are eligible to participate in Quality Rated:
- Child care programs and family child care learning homes enrolling three or more children under the age of thirteen years licensed by DECAL
- Military child care programs licensed by the Department of Defense
- Early Head Start and Head Start programs
- University and technical college lab schools
- Early learning and development programs funded by Part B or C of Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) or under Title I of the Elementary
and Secondary Education Act (ESEA)
If you meet these eligibility requirements and want to participate in Quality Rated, click the register button on the bottom of this page to begin your
journey toward higher quality. You must complete the entire application prior to submitting.
After the Quality Rated Application is accepted, you will receive an email notifying you of your status in the Quality Rated program.
